As an employee at Odolution, you will collaborate with our development team to design, customize, and maintain WordPress websites according to client requirements. You will gain hands-on experience in WordPress development, theme customization, plugin integration, website updates, and responsive design while working in a professional and fast-paced environment.
This role requires creativity, attention to detail, and good problem-solving skills to build user-friendly and responsive websites. We are looking for a motivated candidate with a learning attitude and a “get-it-done” mindset who is eager to improve their technical skills and grow their career in web development.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and improve existing WordPress websites
- Customize themes, plugins, and website features as per project requirements
- Fix bugs and optimize website performance
- Collaborate with the development team on ongoing tasks
- Use AI tools to improve productivity and development efficiency
Must Have
- Minimum 6 months of hands-on WordPress development experience

Strong understanding of WordPress themes and plugins
- Experience working on and maintaining live websites
- Good knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL
- Familiarity with AI tools (such as Codex, Qwen, Claude, etc.)
Nice to have
- Elementor/WPBakery experience
- Woo Commerce customization
- API integration experience
- Basic SEO understanding
- Knowledge of website speed optimization
