As an intern at Odolution, you will support the team in understanding business requirements and learning how Odoo ERP is used to optimize business operations. This role is designed for individuals who are eager to learn, adapt quickly, and build a strong foundation in ERP systems.
This position requires curiosity, a proactive attitude, and a strong willingness to grow. We value individuals who can think critically, learn fast, and have a “get it done” mindset.
Responsibilities
- Learn how business processes work in real-world scenarios
- Support in configuring Odoo modules under guidance
- Help in documentation (SOPs, workflows, notes)
- Assist in basic system configuration and testing
- Participate in training's, demos, and client discussions
- Assist in analysing client requirements and system behaviour
Must Have
- Bachelor’s degree (or currently pursuing) in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of business processes (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting)
- Strong willingness to learn, adapt, and grow quickly
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem solving mindset and attention to detail
Nice to have
- Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) for learning and productivity
- Ability to use AI for research, documentation, and understanding concepts faster
- Basic knowledge of ERP systems (Odoo preferred)
- Strong analytical thinking
- Academic exposure to business systems
