Job Description

As a Customer Success Manager, you will be the main point of contact for our existing Odoo clients. Your role is to ensure clients are satisfied, supported, and growing with Odolution. You’ll proactively manage client relationships, handle support coordination, identify upselling opportunities, and help maintain long-term engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with assigned clients  
  • Check in regularly to ensure smooth project progress
  • Handle client issues and coordinate with the internal team
  • Identify upsell opportunities (support, upgrades, etc.)
  • Ensure timely renewals and client retention
  • Maintain client satisfaction and follow up on feedback

Must Have

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong client relationship management skills
  • Ability to handle pressure and multitask
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • Experience in customer success or software sales (2+ years preferred)
  • Basic understanding of ERP or software services

Nice to have

  • Experience with Odoo or any ERP system
  • Worked in a software or SaaS company
  • Familiarity with CRMs or support tools
  • Ability to analyze client usage and suggest improvements
  • Comfortable working with cross-functional teams (Sales, Tech, Support)
  • Understanding of basic business processes (Sales, Inventory, Accounting, etc.)
