As an Associate Odoo Functional Consultant at Odolution, you will support senior consultants in bridging the gap between client business requirements and Odoo ERP solutions. You will assist in analyzing workflows, configuring basic modules, and ensuring smooth implementation to improve business operations.
This role requires a proactive mindset, willingness to learn, and strong problem-solving skills. You should be detail-oriented, adaptable, and ready to take initiative with a “get it done” attitude while working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist in gathering and analyzing client business requirements.
- Support senior Functional Consultants in Odoo implementation projects.
- Help in configuring Odoo modules as per business needs.
- Assist in testing and documenting functional processes.
- Provide basic user training and support to clients.
Must Have
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Computer Science (CA/ACCA preferred).
- 8 months to 1 year of experience in ERP or Odoo
- Basic understanding of business processes and ERP systems.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn and grow in a functional consulting role.
- Basic knowledge of Odoo and other ERP systems
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Odoo core modules (Sales, CRM, Inventory, Accounting, etc.).
- Basic analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Odoo certification
- Exposure to freelancing platforms or client handling is a plus.
