As an Odoo Functional Consultant at Odolution, you will support the process of bridging the gap between client business requirements and Odoo ERP solutions. You will assist in analyzing workflows, configuring basic modules, and ensuring smooth implementation to improve business operations.
This role requires a proactive mindset, a willingness to learn, and strong problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, adaptable, and ready to take initiative with a “get it done” attitude while working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze client business requirements and workflows.
- Support Odoo ERP implementation and customization projects.
- Configure and maintain Odoo modules according to business needs.
- Coordinate with technical teams to ensure smooth project delivery
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and ERP optimization.
- Assist in process documentation, functional testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Must Have
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, ERP, or a related field (CA/ACCA Preferred)
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in ERP or Odoo functional consulting.
- Understanding of business processes and ERP workflows
- Odoo certification is a plus.
- Knowledge of Odoo and other ERP systems
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage tasks independently and work in a team environment.
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience with Odoo modules such as Sales, CRM, Inventory, Accounting, HR, or Purchase.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Understanding of business analysis and workflow optimization.
- Experience in client handling or stakeholder communication.
