As an employee at Odolution, We are seeking a Associate Functional Consultant to bridge the gap between our clients’ business requirements and Odoo’s ERP capabilities. You will be responsible for analyzing workflows, configuring modules, and ensuring successful implementation to optimize business operations.
This position is both creative and rigorous by nature you need to think outside the box. We expect the candidate to be proactive and have a "get it done" spirit. To be successful, you will have solid solving problem skills.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and understand client business requirements.
- Provide training and support to end-user.
- Configure and customize as per the customer needs.
- Provide technical and functional guidance on Odoo best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues in Odoo ERP.
- Collaborate with developers.
Must Have
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, CA or ACCA preferred.
- Proven experience as an Associate Functional Consultant (minimum 8 months to 1 years).
- Strong understanding of business processes and Odoo.
- Proven experience in ERP Consultancy.
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
- Highly creative and autonomous.
Nice to have
- Odoo Certification.
- Proficiency in core modules of Odoo.
- Strong analytical & problem solving skills.
