As a Recruiter Intern at Odolution, you will join a professional and growth-oriented environment as part of an Odoo Gold Partner company. We are looking for a confident, active, and enthusiastic individual who is eager to build a career in recruitment and HR operations while collaborating with different departments to fulfill hiring requirements.
This internship provides hands-on experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, and professional HR practices, along with practical exposure to Odoo software and modern recruitment tools. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a professional attitude, and a basic understanding of recruitment processes.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process
- Coordinate with different teams to understand hiring requirements
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates
- Schedule interviews and communicate with applicants professionally
- Post job openings on different hiring platforms
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment data
- Support the HR team in daily recruitment activities
- Assist in candidate follow-ups and onboarding coordination
- Work on Odoo software and other HR management tools
Must Have
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Preference will be given to candidates with BBA/BA in HR or relevant field
- Basic understanding of recruitment flow and hiring process
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident, active, and professional attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and online hiring platforms is a plus
Nice to have
- Basic knowledge of Odoo ERP or CRM systems
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Basic understanding of HR documentation and onboarding process
- Willingness to learn and grow in the HR and recruitment field
