As an employee at Odolution, you will collaborate with clients to bridge the gap between their business requirements and Odoo’s ERP capabilities. You will be responsible for analysing workflows, configuring modules, and ensuring successful implementation to optimize business operations.
This position is both creative and rigorous by nature you need to think outside the box. We expect the candidate to be proactive and have a "get it done" spirit. To be successful, you will have solid solving problem skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide training and support to end-user.
- Analyse client's business requirements.
- Provide technical and functional guidance on Odoo best practices.
- Configure and customize as per the customer needs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues in Odoo ERP.
- Collaborate with developers.
Must Have
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, CA or ACCA preferred.
- Proven experience as an Odoo Functional Consultant (minimum 1-2 years).
- Proven experience in ERP Consultancy.
- Strong understanding of business processes and Odoo.
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
- Highly creative and autonomous.
Nice to have
- Odoo Certification.
- Proficiency in core modules of Odoo.
- Google Adwords experience.
- Strong analytical & problem solving skills.
