As an employee at Odolution, We are hiring an Project Controller to oversee and manage Odoo ERP implementation projects from planning to completion. The role involves coordinating with functional and technical teams, tracking project timelines, ensuring proper documentation, and making sure deliverables are completed on time and within scope. Strong knowledge of Odoo functional modules and ERP workflows is required.
The candidate will also monitor project progress, handle risk management, communicate with clients and stakeholders, and ensure quality standards throughout the implementation process. Prior experience in Odoo or ERP projects, along with strong organizational and communication skills, is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Prepare budgets, track expenses, and analyze cost variances.

Maintain project schedules (WBS) and monitor progress to identify potential delays.
- Identify project risks and support mitigation actions.
- Maintain project documentation, enforce company policies, and ensure compliance.
Must Have
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration.
- Proven experience as a project controller at least 1 year.
- Proficiency in Reporting tools.
- Effective communication and coordination abilities.
Nice to have
- Prior experience working with Odoo (Functional side)
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Understanding of project management processes
- Basic knowledge of ERP systems
