As a Project Manager at Odolution, You will lead and oversee ERP functional operations, ensuring efficient project execution, client satisfaction, and smooth coordination between teams. You will be responsible for managing project workflows, supervising functional consultants, and ensuring that business requirements are effectively translated into successful Odoo ERP solutions.
This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. A strong sense of ownership, team management skills, and the ability to drive projects toward successful completion are essential for this position.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage Odoo ERP projects from requirement gathering to successful delivery.
- Supervise and guide functional consultants in daily operations and project activities.
- Coordinate with clients to understand business requirements and provide suitable ERP solutions.
- Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and team performance to ensure smooth execution.
- Ensure proper implementation, testing, documentation, and client support processes.
- Ensure high-quality service delivery and maintain strong client relationships.
Must Have
- Must Have Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, ERP, CA or a related field MBA preferred
- 3+ years of experience in ERP/Odoo functional consulting or project management.
- Strong understanding of business workflows and ERP implementation processes.

Proven experience managing teams and handling client communication.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
- Good understanding of Odoo modules and business operations.

- Odoo certification or other ERP-related certifications.

- Strong presentation and reporting skills.
- Exposure to business development or client onboarding processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Click Up.
