As a Project Manager at Odolution, You will lead and oversee ERP operations, ensuring efficient project execution, client satisfaction, and smooth coordination between teams. You will be responsible for managing project workflows, supervising functional consultants, and ensuring that business requirements are effectively translated into successful Odoo ERP solutions.
This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate is a Techno-Functional professional — highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage Odoo ERP projects from requirement gathering to successful delivery.
- Supervise and guide functional consultants in daily operations and project activities.
- Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and team performance to ensure smooth execution
- Ensure proper implementation, testing, documentation, and client support processes
- Ensure high-quality service delivery and maintain strong client relationships
Must Have
- Must Have Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, ERP, CA or a related field MBA preferred
- 2+ years of experience in ERP/Odoo functional consulting or project management
- Must be Techno-Functional — strong understanding of both Odoo technical (customization/development) and functional (business process) aspects
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively

- Odoo certification or other ERP-related certifications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
